Vintage calar sterling silver earrings. Calar means "to cut away" and that is how the design was executed. These were made in the 1950s by Victoria of Taxco, Mexico. Well hallmarked including a number 12 eagle stamp. They are screw back style and the screws work well. Face measures 1" by 7/8". Total weight: 15.9 grams. One has some scratches inside behind the calar work.
